These are children who have become victims of domestic violence, who lack and who are missing parental care and love. Living conditions for children in rural areas are often very difficult – unemployed parents and their destructive habits prevent children from receiving wholesome food, clothing and medical care. State social services are not able to help the families to the extent necessary because the provided benefits are not sufficient to provide for children and their schooling. The funds provided are also quite often are used to satisfy parental weaknesses rather than the needs of their children.]]></description>
