• Responsible for coordination and mentoring community health workers on a daily basis to maintain the highest quality service delivery to the remote communities.
• Responsible for administration (record keeping of patient’s information, reports, ordering material/ equipmets, inventory systems etc.)
• Ensuring that community health workers understand, follow guidelines and adhere to policies of the organisation.
• Scheduling of community health workers daily tasks, training personnel, conducting performance evaluations and development plans.
• Provide support on medical care and health education to communities.
• Initiate Home Based Care projects and meet report deadlines
• Liaise with medical institution for referrals for further medical conditions

• Community nursing qualification and registered with SA nursing council
• Minimum valid Code 08 Drivers licence and own a vehicle
• 3 years community nursing experience
