• Responsible for general administration work on a daily basis and maintain the confidentiality of correspondence, documents, discussions, meetings and telephone calls.
• Record keeping of CWP participants (ID copies, Bank details, work contracts etc.) and checking for duplication of identity and account numbers.
• Capturing participants information from attendance registers onto the database.
• Preparation of electronic participants data sheets and pay sheets which are used for payments of participants
• Record keeping systems are in place and monitoring inventory systems of the site’s tools, material and equipments.
